Hadiyyah "Hadi" Harrison is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with over 5000 hours of teaching experience and over tenyears of practicing yoga. She enjoys teaching beginner yoga classes with focus on alignment, breath work, and self awareness. She has worked with countless non profit organizations in and around the community, has been featured on nationally syndicated Power 105.1FM, is founder of annual summer Free Community Yoga In The Park, and currently contracts for the Borough of Roselle Park teaching its residents yoga, meditation, and chair yoga. Her authentic teaching style makes her one of the most highly sought after yoga instructors

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
Please read the following tips to create the best environment for yourself and others in class:
We ask that you arrive 10 min before class.
Please wear a mask upon entering and exiting the space. Once you are on your mat, you may remove your mask. If you are not comfortable taking class with others, DO NOT ATTEND.
Classes are limited capacity and plenty of space between each yoga mat. Please DO NOT attend class if you are not well, been tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 3 weeks, or not comfortable being around people indoors. Because of limited capacity, you must register for all classes.
If you register for class but then can no longer take class, please unregister yourself 1 hour or more before class begins to open the space up for others. No refunds will be given if you do not unregister and do not show up.
Kindly remove your shoes when you walk in.
Please silence or turn off all electronics.
When you enter, please settle down quietly. Do not, slam your mat, shoes or belongings.
Eating before class? Allowing 2 hours to digest before class will make it easier and more comfortable to partake in the class. Should you need a light snack beforehand, have a handful of nuts or a little fruit.
Remember you came to enjoy yourself, you got this! Let’s work on your body-mind smile, relax and release those endorphins!
